Personal Benefits:
1. Has blogging contributed to your personal growth as a writer? Why or why not?
A: Well, that is a kind of tough question to answer. I suppose maybe yes because the assignments I have done for blogging have required me to go online and undertake research into whatever the subject suggests. The main way it has helped me grow, is that it has given me a new skill and a way to not keep my thoughts so personal. Since it is a web page of mine, it makes me feel more like a famous person.
2. Has writing in the blogsphere developed a new voice for you as a writer? Has it shaped a new writing style or form different from the way you write in other spaces?
A: Yes. It has given me the opportunity to share my thoughts about the world on the world wide web. With that said, more people can see what I have to say as a writer.
3. Do you see yourself continuing to blog after this unit ends? Why or why not?
A: I might. If people like my blogs, then I will definitely continue. It all depends on how I feel.
Societal Benefits:
1.How can blogging foster new relationships between people in society?
A: Blogging helps get your voice out to the public. Some people may agree with you or find your viewpoints on the world to be interesting. People can also learn new things from each other and relate to each other through blogging.
2.Has blogging seeped into relationships with others you knew prior to blogging?
A: For the most part, no. It has only happened with the student teacher who introduced me to blogging. Not many people have seen my blog. nor have I seen theirs.
3.Has blogging helped you develop new relationships? How and what types of relationships?
A: Blogging hasn't really gotten me any new relationships.
Redefining Media:
1.What do you think is the role of media in society?
A: Media allows us to understand concepts in motion and visuals rather than words.
2.How is blogging different from the way other media forms are shaped in our society?
A: Other media is media all in one place such as Youtube. In blogging, there is media along with text about other people opinions or yours.
3.Has blogging changed the way you relate to news media?
A: Not really. If I want news media, I go onto Youtube.
4. Do you think there are limitations in blogging as a form of media?
A:No. Media should work on a web page as it should anywhere else.
